UK Sales Manager

Primarily based at the organisation’s offices in central Scotland, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for closing sales of an innovative new medical device into small private clinics (B2B). The Swift system (www.treatwithswift.com) is a pioneering new microwave treatment in the fields of Podiatry and Dermatology, and has been used in more than 30,000 procedures across the UK, Canada, and Australia since October 2016.

We’re looking for a competitive, entrepreneurial sales professional, preferably with experience of medical device or capital equipment sales, to be the face of our UK sales presence. Working within a commercial team, you will be responsible for pursuing leads provided by the marketing team and carrying out proactive prospecting by conducting territory analysis across the UK and Ireland in order to win new business.

This role will suit a confident, ambitious, direct sales professional who is comfortable engaging with new prospects over the phone, over video-conference, and leading sales workshops. The individual must have strong presentation skills, an ability to quickly build relationships, and overcome barriers to sale. Our product is one of the fastest growing treatments in UK podiatry, with a number of USPs and strong case studies to support sales efforts.

Bachelors degree and previous experience in sales preferred. Full product training will be provided.

UK Customer Account Executive

Primarily based at the organisation’s offices in central Scotland, the UK Customer Account Manager will be responsible for working with existing customers to improve individual performance of an innovative new medical treatment, currently offered in more than 160 clinics across the country. The Swift system (www.treatwithswift.com) is a pioneering new microwave treatment in the fields of Podiatry and Dermatology, and has been used in more than 30,000 procedures across the UK, Canada, and Australia since October 2016.

We’re looking for an analytical, entrepreneurial sales and marketing professional who can work both proactively and reactively to the demands of existing customers who have purchased our treatment systems, and ensure consumption of disposable items and customer satisfaction remains high. Regular feedback and reporting on customer behaviour is a requirement, alongside proactive identification of new potential revenue streams for our product and services.

The role will suit a recent graduate with commercial experience, a confident, ambitious individual, with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships and anticipate customers needs.

Full product training will be provided.
